In a sentence or two, can you tell us what informs your decision making when it comes to drinking?

As someone who has been an alcohol drinker, then sober, I’ve landed in the middle ground, and that has been at the heart of building Quarter Proof.  We want to have the freedom to decide when, how, and how much to drink, not having to choose between all or nothing. I therefore always seek out Mid-Strength options, whether beer, wine, or cocktails, to ensure I am enjoying the amazing flavour, but with more balance.

What makes Quarter Proof different to other Mid-Strength options?

We are a specialist Mid-Strength Spirits brand, built for modern drinkers and occasions. We have created a range of 3 award-winning spirits (Gin, Tequila & Vodka) at 15% ABV, which enable us to mix up our own spin on the delicious classics, think G&Ts, Margaritas, Espresso Martinis.

The craft, technology and innovation in creating our spirits is what sets us apart, as well as achieving B Corp status, which means our production, sourcing, and all elements of business achieve the highest international accreditation for sustainability.

What’s next on the horizon for Quarter Proof?

We have recently launched in the US and are growing rapidly in the UK, being described by The Times as the Hottest Trends of 2025 to look out for. A 4th Spirit and a Limited Edition product are in development, so keep your eyes peeled!

What factors play the biggest part in shaping your personal style?

I love really simple brands and designs, nothing too loud, but made properly with amazing materials and built to last. I like to layer up versatile pieces that also give me options on when, where and how to wear them.
