You are right for the job if you:

• Are well organised and tidy
• Have experience of managing a team
• Have analytical skills

Responsibilities:

• To hire and manage Sales Assistants for the shop 
• To make sure that the shop presentation is immaculate at all times 
• To merchandise the shop; rails, mannequin and window 
• To maintain the organisation of the stock room
• To manage the stock; transfer stock from the warehouse weekly and conduct monthly stock check
• To build and maintain relationships with the local community; both customers and other store / business owners
• Management of the weekly and monthly shop report 
• To analyise and make recommendations for improvement of financial performance of the store
• To manage the repairs and alterations at 101 Golborne Road

Offer:
