Original Fibres Loyalty Club

The rules of the club are pretty simple, we reward you for your loyalty. For every £100 you spend, you’ll receive £10 in credit for future purchases. We’ve also retrofitted your account so that when you sign up or use your existing log in details, you’ll see the credit you've already accrued in the last 18 months.

Creating an account also means you get access to archive sales, exclusive Club products, ballot entry for free tickets to our flagship events like the Chelsea Flower Show and invitations to all Original Fibres parties. You can also earn £20 credit for you and a friend if you refer Original Fibres.

If you signed up to the Flax London Loyalty Club then there is no need to do it again. You are automatically added to the Original Fibres Club with all your points.

How it works?

Sign up to earn points every time you shop. Redeem points for money off future purchases. For every £100 spent you'll accrue £10 in credit. There's no tricks in the fine print - it's a completely free club we've set up to reward loyalty.

How do I access my account?

Follow the sign up/log in buttons above to create your account. Do make sure you use the same email associated with your previous orders. If you've previously made an account on our website then there's no need to make a new one, simply log in and use the links above or click the pop up launcher which is in the bottom left corner of the page.

How do I earn points? What about my previous purchases?

Earn points every time you shop, £1 generates 1 point.

And don't fret, if you're a loyal Original Fibres customer we've retrofitted your membership with credit inline with how much you've spent with us over the last 18 months. Just make sure you use the same email you've used for all previous purchases.

How do I spend my points? Do they expire?

Your points do not expire and can be used at any time. Simply log into your account to see how many points you've earned. If you decide today is the day you'd like to cash in, your points can be redeemed for a discount code that gets generated automatically. Apply this code at checkout for your completely unique discount.

How you choose to use your points is completely up to you. Do you like instant rewards, maybe £5 off every new purchase you make. That's like getting free shipping. Mega. Or maybe you're a points hoarder, collecting them until *bam* you've got 100% off a new shirt. Vibes.

Are all products eligible?

Yes. You can redeem your points for a discount on any order that is full price. However, you are not able to stack two discount codes on one order.

What is a referral?

Give £20, get £20. Share your unique referral code, sent as an email from your account to a friend. If they make a purchase using your £20 code, then you will also receive £20 worth of points in your account. Doesn't that seem like a no brainer.
