Shipping Policy

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our team has received your order, and once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive another email notification confirming any relevant tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Royal Mail Tracked, 2-3 days, £7

Royal Mail Next Day Tracked (orders must be placed on weekdays before 12pm for guaranteed next day delivery), £10

EU Shipping, 2-5 business days via UPS, £15

Orders will be sent from the UK to the EU on a DDP (Duty Delivery Paid) service. Original Fibres will pay all applicable Duty & Taxes for you. You will not be asked to pay any additional Duty & Taxes when receiving the goods. Estimated delivery time is within 2-5 business days via UPS.

US Shipping, 2-5 business days via USPS, £15

Free US Shipping over $500 (cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, this includes Bundles & Loyalty codes)

Orders will be sent from the UK to the US on a DDP (Duty Delivery Paid) service. Original Fibres will pay all applicable Duty & Taxes for you. You will not be asked to pay any additional Duty & Taxes when receiving the goods. Estimated delivery time is within 5-7 business days via USPS.

International Shipping, 2-5 business days via UPS or DHL, £15

Returns and Exchanges Policy

We hope you love your purchase, however, if you change your mind unwanted items can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of your order’s delivery date.

Our 14-day return policy means you have 14 days after receiving your item to notify us if you wish to return it. Once you notify us, you then have a further 14 days to return the item.

All returned items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition, including all tags. We do not offer free returns, instead the customer must cover the cost of postage. For UK customers, a postage label will be generated within our Returns Portal (more information below). For international customers, please use our Returns Portal to create the return and then please use your own choice of service for return shipping.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the goods. However, please note, for exchanges the new item dispatched from our distribution centre will be sent free of charge.
