– RETURNS & EXCHANGES –

We hope you love your purchase, however, if you change your mind unwanted items can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of your order’s delivery date.

Our 14-day return policy means you have 14 days after receiving your item to notify us if you wish to return it. Once you notify us, you then have a further 14 days to return the item.

All returned items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition, including all tags. We do not offer free returns, instead the customer must cover the cost of postage.

– REPAIRS & REPURPOSING –

We offer free repairs on any Original Fibres or Flax London item in need of attention. Please send an email to of@originalfibres.com with:

– CANCELLATION –

If before the item has been dispatched a cancellation request is made by email to of@originalfibres.com the order will be cancelled, and a full refund will be given.

In the case that goods have already been dispatched, goods will be refunded in accordance with the returns policy as set out above.

– TAX & DUTIES –

All prices shown on the website are inclusive of UK VAT (20%).

– COOKIES –

Cookies are small text files that are sent to your computer so that when you return, our website recognises you and lets us improve your experience on the site.

– ORDERS –

All orders made with Flax London Ltd – either on our website or by any other means we permit – are subject to the terms and conditions set out in this document. Flax London Ltd reserves the right not to accept an order from a customer for any reason seen as correct by us and will not be liable to you or anyone else in these circumstances.

– DISCOUNTS –

– DELIVERY –

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our team has received your order, and once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive another email notification confirming any relevant tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

The shipping options given at checkout are:

Royal Mail Tracked, 2-3 working turnaround, £7.

Royal Mail Next Day Tracked, orders must be placed on weekdays before 12pm for guaranteed next day delivery, £12

International Shipping, £15

Everything will be done to ensure that delivery of goods is made within the estimated delivery time and never longer than 30 days.

– AVAILABILITY –

We try to ensure that our stock always reflects that which is available on the website. If we are unable to supply goods that have been ordered and paid for due to insufficient stock, we will contact the customer and provide a full refund, if requested.
